How much does a signage board cost in Nepal?
Costs vary widely based on size, material (acrylic, flex, ACP, metal), and lighting (LED vs non-lit). A basic flex board starts around NPR 150/sq.ft, while premium 3D acrylic letters run NPR 80–150 per inch of letter height. We send itemised quotes within 2 hours during business hours — no surprise add-ons.
Do you publish design subscription pricing?
Yes — see the Design Services section above. Starter NPR 14,999/mo (12 designs), Growth NPR 29,999/mo (32 designs), Scale NPR 59,999/mo (69 designs + motion). All plans pause when you don't need them and resume in one click.
Do you do free quotes for digital services like SEO and Three.js?
Yes. Every digital engagement (SEO, paid ads, Three.js, Unity, mobile apps) starts with a free 30-minute call. We then send a written scope + fixed-price or retainer quote — your call which model to pick.
Are prices fixed or do you negotiate?
Listed prices are our standard rates. We hold them firm on small jobs but flex on multi-project commitments, multi-city rollouts, or long-term retainers. Tell us your full ask and we'll structure something that works.
What's the typical lead time?
Most signage projects ship in 7–14 working days from design approval, plus 1–3 days for install. Design subscriptions deliver per-request in 24–48 hours. Rush options are available — ask at quote stage.
Do you handle municipal permits?
Yes — we handle the full permit workflow with Kathmandu Metropolitan, Lalitpur, Pokhara, and other municipalities for any outdoor signage requiring approval. Electrical certification for illuminated signs included. You only see the final approved permit.
Where do you install?
All 7 cities we serve: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Butwal, Dharan. For projects outside these cities we coordinate via partner fitters with our QA on site. Logistics quoted upfront.
How do I track project progress?
Every fabrication project gets daily progress photos on WhatsApp. Digital engagements get weekly written updates + a shared dashboard. You always know exactly where things stand.
What's covered under your warranty?
Standard 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship. LED modules carry 1–2 years; structural integrity is guaranteed for 5+ years on fabricated work. Outdoor prints have a colour-fade warranty of 6 months to 3 years depending on ink quality.
Why should I pick Glow N Sign over a cheaper quote?
Because the cheaper quote almost always costs more within 18 months. We're Nepal's first ISO 9001:2015 certified signage company, vertically integrated (CNC, laser, printing, paint booth, install — all in-house), with full project traceability years down the line. Do you do work for other agencies / white-label?
Yes — about half our roster is white-label work for agencies in the US, UK, Singapore, and India. NDA + IP assignment signed before any portfolio review. End client never sees us.
Who owns the work after delivery?
You do — 100%. Physical signage is yours on payment. Digital deliverables (code, design files, footage, ad accounts) ship with full IP assignment. No vendor-lock tricks, no licensed source, no "managed" surprises.
