The Branding Agency That Also Builds It

Most agencies hand you a PDF and wish you luck. We design your brand, then walk downstairs and fabricate it — signboards, interiors, vehicles, uniforms, gifts — and install it across Nepal.

Walk down any street in Kathmandu and you'll see it: a beautiful logo on Instagram, and a faded, mis-coloured signboard above the actual shop. Somewhere between the brand designer and the local fabricator, the brand died.

That handoff is exactly where we're different. Glow N Sign is a branding agency built on top of a working fabrication floor. The people who define your brand colours are the same people who match them in acrylic, vinyl, and LED. Nothing gets lost in translation, because there is no translation.

We've built and installed brand work for Carlsberg, Hindware, ZTE Nubia, and hundreds of Nepali businesses — from a single storefront in Teku to multi-city rollouts across all seven cities we serve.

WHAT A BRAND ENGAGEMENT COVERS

From first sketch to final installation

Take the full journey or just the stage you're missing.

Brand Collateral

Business cards, letterheads, menus, packaging, uniforms — designed by our team, printed on our floor.

Signage & Storefront

3D letters, lightboxes, acrylic and neon — the brand's most public face, fabricated in-house and installed by our crew.

Office & Interior Branding

Reception logos, wall graphics, wayfinding, glass film — your space telling your story before anyone speaks.

Vehicle Branding

Fleet wraps in 3M and Avery Dennison vinyl that turn every delivery run into advertising.

Launch & Activation

Opening events, digital campaigns, and content — so the new brand arrives with noise, not a whisper.

How we build a brand

A tight, honest process. You'll always know what stage you're in and what it costs.

  1. 01DiscoverWe sit with you — founders, staff, even a few customers if you'll let us. What you sell, who buys it, why they should care. No 40-page strategy deck; just the answers that decide the design.
  2. 02DesignIdentity concepts with real-world mockups: your logo on the actual storefront, the actual vehicle, the actual uniform. You approve what it will genuinely look like, not an idealised render.
  3. 03FabricateOur Teku floor builds it — CNC, laser, large-format print, paint booth. Colour-matched to the identity because the same team owns both.
  4. 04Install & LaunchOur crews install nationwide, and if you want noise, our content and activation team handles the launch. One invoice, one accountable partner.
WHY IT WORKS

One team owns the brand from file to facade

When the agency and the fabricator are different companies, every disagreement becomes your problem. The printer says the file was wrong; the designer says the print shop cut corners. Meanwhile your opening date slips.

Here, the argument can't happen. The designer and the fabricator report to the same floor manager in Teku. If the sign doesn't match the brand book, that's our internal problem — and it gets fixed before you ever see it.

Branding questions, answered straight

What does a full brand identity cost in Nepal?

It depends on scope — a focused identity for a single outlet is a different job from a multi-city rebrand with signage. Tell us what you're building and we'll give you a clear, itemised quote. We don't do vague 'packages start from' games.

Can you rebrand us without closing our shop?

Yes — it's most of what we do. We fabricate everything in advance at our workshop, then install in a planned overnight or off-day switchover so you open the next morning as the new brand.

We already have a logo. Can you just do the rollout?

Absolutely. Bring your brand book (or even just a logo file) and we'll handle collateral, signage, interiors, and vehicles faithful to what exists. We'll flag — politely — anything in the identity that won't survive production.

Do you work outside Kathmandu?

Yes. We install across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Pokhara, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Butwal, and Dharan, and we've handled multi-branch rollouts where every outlet needed to match.

How long does a branding project take?

A focused identity: 2–4 weeks. Identity plus storefront and collateral: 4–8 weeks depending on fabrication scope. Multi-outlet rollouts are scheduled per branch. We commit to dates in the proposal and we're the ones fabricating, so the dates hold.

What makes you different from a pure design studio?

A design studio's job ends at the file. Ours ends when the sign is lit, the vehicles are wrapped, and the uniforms are on your staff. Owning the fabrication floor means we design things that can actually be built — and we're accountable for building them.

Building or rebuilding a brand?

Tell us what you're launching. We'll come back with a straight assessment of what your brand needs — and a quote that covers design, fabrication, and installation in one.

Start your brand project

If you're researching the branding agency that also builds it for your business, two things usually drive the decision: how it makes your brand look from the street, and how much you'll pay across the next five years — fabrication, install, electricity, maintenance, and replacement when it weathers. We've delivered the branding agency that also builds it for everything from boutique cafés in Thamel to multi-branch banks across all 7 cities we serve. The patterns we keep seeing inform every recommendation on this page.

For most Nepali businesses, the the branding agency that also builds it they end up with isn't the cheapest quote they received — it's the one where the supplier explained why a particular material lasts longer in monsoon, why a specific power supply spec matters for our voltage fluctuations, and which municipal permits they'll handle on your behalf. Cheap quotes that skip these details almost always cost more within 18 months.

What follows is a breakdown of materials we recommend, what affects pricing, our 4-step process from consultation to install, and answers to the questions clients ask us every week. We work factory-direct from our ISO 9001:2015 facility in Teku, Kathmandu — which means you're talking to the people actually fabricating your signage, not a chain of subcontractors.

QUICK GUT-CHECK

If a competing quote is more than 30% cheaper than ours, ask them three questions: (1) what's the LED driver brand, (2) what's the IP rating on the power supply, and (3) who handles the municipal permit. If they can't answer all three, you're looking at a sign that will fail before your next FY closes.

Quotes for the branding agency that also builds it in Nepal can vary 3-4× for what looks like the same project. The variation isn't random — it's almost always driven by these factors, in roughly this order of impact:

1. Material grade. Premium acrylic from Plazit, COB LEDs from reputable Korean/Taiwanese manufacturers, marine-grade stainless steel — these cost more upfront and last 2-3× longer. Cheaper alternatives exist, and we'll use them when budget is tight, but we always tell you what the trade-off is.

2. Size and complexity. A standard 4×8 ft board costs much less per square foot than a custom 3D installation with curved letters. Our quote breaks down material cost vs. fabrication labour so you can see exactly where money goes.

3. Lighting and electricals. If your the branding agency that also builds it is illuminated, the power supply quality, LED driver brand, and cable gauge significantly affect both cost and 5-year reliability. Sub-standard power supplies are the #1 reason cheap signs fail within 18 months.

4. Installation site. Ground-level shop fronts are straightforward. Multi-storey building facades, monument signs requiring foundation work, or LED video walls with structural mounting can add 30-50% to the project budget for rigging, scaffolding, and permits.

5. Permits and approvals. Kathmandu Metropolitan, Lalitpur, and other municipalities require permits for outdoor signage above certain sizes. We handle the entire permit workflow as part of every install — included in the quote, never billed extra.

Tell us your dimensions, location, and budget range and we'll send a transparent breakdown within 2 hours.

Cheap-spec failure

We launched in 2025 with a clear opinion: most signage in Kathmandu ages badly because nobody documents what they shipped. Our Teku shop floor runs on a four-stage QA loop — documented intake, design review, fabrication QC, and post-install inspection. When something doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. That discipline is why we've put up 500+ signs in our first year and not had to redo any of them.

Practically, what this means for your the branding agency that also builds it: when you call about an issue six months from now, we can pull up your project file, see exactly which materials and which technicians worked on it, and dispatch the right fix the same day. That continuity is rare in Nepal's signage market and it's why corporate clients — banks, hotels, hospitals, government contracts — keep coming back.

We're also vertically integrated. We own our CNC routers, our laser cutters, our printing line, our paint booth, our metalwork, and our install team. When a job touches four trades, you don't get four sub-contractors and four chances for the timeline to slip. You get one team, one accountable project lead, and one phone number that picks up.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

Same-day fault diagnosis on any sign we've ever shipped. Documented material lot numbers per project. Lifetime free design-file storage. Direct WhatsApp line to the shop floor lead, not a call centre.
